 Green is one of my favorite colours. So I love that it appears in a little creative project I was commissioned and with food, of course.

a surprise arrived

The other day I got a reminder from the post office to pick-up a parcel that arrived. And look what a surprise! My dear friends Tina, Sonja and Catrin from Munich sent me this gingerbread heart which they bought at the Oktoberfest to send me something from homeland. Oh sweet girls, I love this surprise!!

El otro día recibí un aviso de correos para recoger un paquete que había llegado para mí. Y mirad, ¡qué sorpresa! Mis queridas amigas Tina, Sonja y Catrin de Múnich me enviaron este corazón de alajú que compraron en la Oktoberfest para enviarme algo de la tierra natal. Ay que majas son, ¡me encanta!

Happy Birthday Stephanie

Today is the birthday of a good friend of mine. Although we won´t meet today (she lives in Germany) I want to send her a nice and artsy greeting. I will take this watercolour sktech as background as colours fit very well with october and also I like to send her the slogan "relax", as she is a mum to 3 little girls between 6 months and 4 years. Happy birthday Stephanie!

He elegido este boceto de acuarela como fondo, por que los colores van muy bien con octubre y también me gusta enviarla el lema "relax", ya que ella es madre de 3 niñas pequeñas entre 6 meses y 4 años de edad. ¡Feliz cumpleaños Stephanie!

Office Sribblings

I work in an office. I have this habit there: when I am talking to somebody on the phone, I do scribblings on the paper where I take notes. Sometimes very strange creatures and images show up there. And I notice that when I am doing this I later remember much better the important details of the conversation, isn´t that funny?? Ok, I wanted to share with you some of these scribblings, have fun!

Trabajo en una oficina. Tengo la costumbre cuando hablo allí con alguien por teléfono de hacer garabatos en el mismo papel donde tomo mis apuntes. A veces aparecen caracteres e imagenes muy raros. Y me he dado cuenta de que haciendo esos garabatos memorizo mucho mejor los detalles de la conversación, curioso, ¿verdad? Bueno, aquí quería compartir con vosotros algunos de esos garabatos, ¡a ver qué os parecen!

Germany part I

I am in Germany enjoying mild summer weather in the small town where my little sister lives. Have a nice summer everyone!

Weekendtrip Costa del Sol

I went down by train to Costa del Sol the last weekend with a friend. It was a lazy weekend at the beach, reading, sunbathing, swimming and eating - so good! And I brought a little sketchbook and made some quick drawings, which make me remember moments better than photos do.

Bajé en tren a Costa del Sol el fin de semana pasada con una amiga. Fue un fin de semana perezoso en la playa, leyendo, tomando el sol, bañandonos y comiendo mucho - ¡de maravilla! Y me traje un pequeño cuaderno e hice algunos esbozos rápidos. Estos dibujos me hacen recordar mejor los momentos que las fotos.
